BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:
Our high tea is a set menu and includes nuts, gluten, eggs and dairy.
Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific dietary requirements.
We can prepare a vegetarian option, however, this must be requested at the time of your booking.
BOOKINGS:
All our High Teas are made to order and bookings are essential.
We ask you to please phone 0422 616 706 to book in your reservation.
A specific entry below will then be set up for you to completing payment through.
CANCELLATIONS:
For groups of 5 or less, cancellations made prior to 48 hours notice of the booking date / time, will have the option to re-schedule or receive a full refund.
For groups of 5 or less, cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking date / time will forfeit the cost of the high tea, due to our inability to reselling the table at that late stage.
For groups of 6 or more, cancellations made prior to 4 days notice of the booking date / time, will have the option to re-schedule or receive a full refund.
For groups of 6 or more, cancellations made within 4 days of your booking date / time will forfeit the cost of the high tea, due to our inability to reselling the table at that late stage.

SEATING:
Each reservation is for a 90 minutes duration.
CHILDREN:
We can provide a Children’s High Tea, which is appropriate for children aged between 3 - 10 years, and is priced at $29.95.
Should you wish to book a children’s High Tea with your reservation, please request this at the time of your booking.
To ensure the enjoyment of all our patrons and the safety of your child, we ask that child remain seated for the duration of the High Tea. All breakages must be paid for.
Please note: We do not have high chairs.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS :
Please advise at the time of booking of any special requirements such as wheelchair access, so that we can properly accommodate your needs.
There is a ramp to the side of the shop to assist with wheelchair accessibility and wheelchair users are most welcome in store.

Pricing is $59.95 per person.
We do not offer ‘shared’ high teas for one stand.
