How it started…
It all began with a love for baking from a very young age and an eagerness to enter cakes into the local village shows.
Growing up on a farm in the Southern Highlands, Ali spent her days collecting fresh eggs from their free-range chickens and baking with her Mother and Grandmother.
Now in her 30’s, this passion grew from a much loved hobby, baking for friends, family and charity, to a social media page and now baking everyday for you!
How it’s going…
With every year this little business grows. It has been wonderful to see a hobby blossom into something wholesome and bringing joy to so many.

Ali loves to give back to her community by supporting the Royal Agricultural Society, where she first displayed her love for baking and sponsors ‘The Cupcake Co. Challenge’ at the annual Moss Vale show and encourages all to enter.
Following in Ali’s footsteps is her daughter, Isabella, who is a keen baker and recently won first prize at the Sydney Royal Easter Show.
After several years of baking to order via her website, Ali is now an award winning baker and won 1st place at the Sydney Royal Easter Show in 2024 for her cupcakes.
Ali opened her first store front in Berrima on 27th March 2024, where she continues to share her love for fresh home baking with our Highlands community.
